20/200

That is what the opthamologist said Jake's vision was. My poor baby is blind as a bat. The upside is that he is so excited to have his glasses. He did not realize what the world looked like until now. I just can't believe it went undetected for so long. (Guilt setting in here). At least he can see now.

Fun with Flocked papers

Hello again. Today I am posting a project that I did for Creative Xpress and I highlighted the beautiful Flocked papers by Doodlebug. Actually my assignment was to use the Sesame Street font cartridge, so I used that as well. If you think you might not like this cartridge, I love the fonts on it. I have to admit that I was a little worried about it at first, but it worked out.

I just absolutely love the Doodlebug flocked papers. Elmo and one of the background papers (aqua) were cut from the flocked papers.

This is a layout that I did of my little girl in her new walker. She is too old for it in this photo, but she wanted to play in it anyway. Hope you like it!

Talk to you soon....we have the school fair today so I will be busy working in a booth.

My little Cutie Patootie

It is so much fun having a little girl to scrap. Here is a layout that I did of my baby, Charlotte. A friend of mine, and very talented photographer took her pictures (http://www.capturesfromtheheart.com/). Thanks Jere! Anyway, here is what I did with her fabulous photos. Products used are Sassafras Lass, Bazzill and Heidi Swapp. Thanks for stopping by!

Facebook?

I mean really? Do I have time for this? I can't even get my laundry done. Anyway, yes, I followed the crowd. So if you don't know me and I ask you to be a "friend", I am sorry I don't really know my way around yet.

I will be posting some scrappy pics later. Talk to you soon......

KInd of a redo..

Do you ever do "Redo's" on scrapbook pages? Well seeing that I have 3 children and I am 4 years behind on the first two and 1 year behind on the baby, I vowed to never have "redo's". Really why have them? Preserving the memories is the important part, not having the latest and greatest products on the page.
So with that said, I have a little "redo". Well here is just an add on to my recent Christmas layout. I had to add the journaling and a little bling as well:

And I did not forget about the RAK. So Meg and LB email me your addresses and I will send out your Christmas products asap. Hope you enjoy them.
